EXCHANGE & RETURN
We are extremely proud of the fact that we can offer you our high-quality product. But sometimes the blue is slightly darker than expected. Or that you have ordered the wrong size. In such cases we of course offer you that you can exchange the product you ordered.
If you want to make use of your right of return, please make sure that you return the shorts to us in unworn and in the same new condition as you received them, without damage and with original labels and cards, in original packaging.
In the event that you wish to exchange the shorts, please indicate this in an e-mail stating the desired size and color. You can send your email to hello@goldfin.shop and then return the product to us.
We reserve the right to refuse the returned product (and not issue a refund of the purchase amount) if it is not returned in new condition. This means that the shorts can no longer be resold. In that case, the shorts will be returned to you after you have paid the relevant shipping costs to us in advance.
When a period of 14 days has passed after the date of purchase, we can unfortunately no longer honor a request for an exchange of the shorts or a refund of the purchase amount.
As soon as we have received your return, we will assess it and send you a message of receipt. We will also inform you whether the product you returned has been received in the correct condition and whether you are eligible for an exchange or refund of the purchase amount. If the latter is the case, we will refund the purchase amount to you in the same way as you paid.

The costs of return are on the customer's behalf. Given the value of your shorts, we advise you to choose a shipping method with the option of tracking the package via track & trace and / or an insured shipment.
