EXCHANGE & RETURN

Whilst we hope you're happy with our products and service, we understand that sometimes people wish to return their shorts for a variety of reasons.

We want this process to be as simple and convenient as possible for you, so we offer a 14-day free returns policy. Just make sure that the shorts are unworn (not washed), in selling condition, not damaged, with all the delivered accessories and original tags and labels attached.

It is not possible to exchange items through our webstore. If you prefer a different colour or size, please place a new order online.

To complete your return, please fill in which item(s) you are going to return and indicate the reason for this item(s) on the form. Place your item(s) in the original packaging in which they were sent.

Click on the return link ( http://goldfin.shipping-portal.com/rp/ ). After signing up your return, you can download and print your return label. Put the return label on your return package and bring the package to a DHL ServicePoint. Please ask for a proof of receipt. If the package is lost we will need proof that the parcel was received by a forwarder.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product from outside The Netherlands or Belgium, you should ship your Goldfin product to:

Returns outside The Netherlands and Belgium are on the customer's behalf. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As Goldfin products have substantial value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
